1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trenches ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Trenches provides a community participation platform where users can deposit cryptocurrency ("back") into various projects ("trenches") to earn community rewards. Our platform facilitates:

  • Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals
  • Community reward distribution through project participation
  • Task completion and raid participation for rewards
  • Social engagement and community features

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use our Platform:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Not be a resident of prohibited jurisdictions (as defined by applicable law)
  • Not be on any sanctions lists or prohibited from engaging in financial transactions
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Setting and maintaining a secure withdrawal wallet address
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access

5. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency values can be extremely volatile
  • You may lose all or part of your deposited funds
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Smart contracts, while audited, may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities
  • Regulatory changes may affect platform operations

Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

6. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Deposits: All deposits require blockchain confirmations before being credited to your account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by trench tier.

Withdrawals: Payouts are processed automatically to your registered withdrawal wallet after the lock period expires. You must maintain an accurate withdrawal wallet address. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Lock Periods: Deposited funds are subject to fixed lock periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days depending on trench tier). Early withdrawal is not permitted.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal activities or money laundering
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent platform mechanics
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward programs
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization
  • Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent behavior
  • Interfere with other users' access to the Platform
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security measures

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Trenches or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trenches shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Blockchain network failures or congestion
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
  • Actions taken by third-party protocols or projects
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, or government actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trenches, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending payouts will be processed according to the lock period terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Location].

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement.
